Where everything is, and when it’s due for maintenance.
The physical inventory lives in a sheet nobody updates and maintenance is agreed over chat. Here the hierarchy is navigable, each company defines the record, and the plan raises the work order by itself.
What it includes
From the building to the element, and from the element to the work order.
It is a module switched on per installation: if it isn’t needed, it doesn’t appear in the menu.
Hierarchy
- Companies, sites, buildings, zones and elements
- Its own record per level, designed with the same form designer
- Configurable list and cards per level
- Bin with restore, and history per record
Bulk entry
- Add several in a grid, with the shared data on top
- Paste rows from the clipboard
- Code and name rules: manual, from a column or from a pattern
- A photo per row, uploaded on confirmation
Maintenance
- Plans per element with type, priority and assignee
- Recurrence in days, weeks and months, or a cron expression
- Orders as pending, in progress, completed or cancelled
- An order can fill a form and start a process
Reports
- Its own builder: levels, fixed fields and form fields
- Eighteen condition operators, table or record presentation
- Share with users and with roles
- Export to Excel and PDF

Standards and limits
What you can count on.
The records in this module are not versioned: they are adjusted live, which is why they sit outside the minor-edit control that processes and modules do have.

- This module has a permission layer per hierarchy node, on top of the general role.

- It is an optional module, enabled in the server configuration.
